P@mela is the acronym of « PArtenariat pour L'aMELioration permAnente des fournisseurs ». It is intended to unite our suppliers with the websites of MARK IV AIR INTAKE AND COOLING. The service is Web and Workflow oriented, particularly for:

• fast and thorough 8D treatment of suppliers' quality incidents
• communication of the suppliers' performance
• monitoring of the manufacturing processes in the context of the PPQ5/BMW program and the equivalent SPPF program of MARK IV AIC
• online documentation of qualification files in the form of PPAP

Registration in the Pamela program is open only to companies already referenced in the suppliers' base of MARK IV AIR INTAKE AND COOLING. This registration is effectuated by MARK IV AIC after the process of qualification.
During the registration of a company, a Supplier Administrator is registered. This administrator is responsible for managing all of the roles, rights and applications of the company collaborators. During the registration a login and a password is provided. The registered companies and their employees are expressly prohibited from communicating the login and password to third parties on pain of having their account closed without notice or indemnification.
